My Poor Johnny

My poor Johnny! He's been having strange pain in his right thumb for the last week. The pain finally got to be too much and we went to the emergency room last night. It turns out a piece of the bone in his thumb broke off and is starting to calcify next to his joint. Ouch! He can no longer bend his thumb and has to wear a thumb splint.

Strange thing is...we have no idea how it happened! The only thing we can think of is that it happened during the incident at the bar. Johnny has an appointment with a hand surgeon on Monday. More to come...
